Reservation & Cancellation Policies
In order to check-in, ALL guest(s) must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid form of ID
(passport, driver's license, etc.) along with a refundable security deposit in cash.

Reservations are ONLY guaranteed once a deposit or full payment for the stay has been made and a confirmation email has been received, otherwise the reservation is NOT valid and will NOT be honored.
Minimum of 2 nights to maximum of 14 days.

All reservations made on our website are non-refundable and the hotel holds the right to refuse any and all guests if deemed necessary due to security reasons, failure of payment/deposit or lack of proper ID. NO exceptions are made.

Guests are only able to check-in once the security deposit has been received in cash and all prior advanced payments have been cleared and been approved. The guest(s) have 1 hour from the time of booking to cancel free of charge.

Check-out Time: 12PM

All children are welcome.

All children under 6 years are charged PHP 500 per night. (With or without extra bed)

Any additional older children or adults are charged PHP 1000 per night. (With or without extra bed)

1 scooter is included for free per reservation.

Early Check-out before 7AM will incur a PHP 500 early departure fee.

The maximum number of persons allowed in the apartment is 3.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management prior to arrival.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Property accepts cash, PayPal, Debit/Credit Cards through PayPal (No account required) and bank transfer (in advance)
